Steering Leadership Team

This leadership team is responsible for maintaining global oversight of all strategic priorities and initiatives within the One Hartnell structure as well as coordinating and directing change management at Hartnell College.

Organizational Development Task Force

This task force will set the vision for Hartnell’s One College Model, ensuring consideration and intentional inclusion of all educational centers. Deliverables produced by this task force will include a Student Affairs Realignment Plan, oversight of the development and implementation of Hartnell’s year-long schedule, and the creation of Student Experience Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Process Mapping Task Force

This task force is responsible for creating comprehensive process maps outlining a student’s journey from inquiry to census as well as the construction of fully designed communication plans to support the approved processes.

Yearlong Schedule Task Force

This task force is responsible for refining and strengthening Hartnell College’s year-long scheduling model to support improved student progression and completion outcomes.

This implementation team is responsible for continuing Hartnell College’s efforts to streamline and clarify degree progress tracking for students, building on prior insights from some Achieving the Dream work.

First Year Experience Implementation Team

The task force that was formed drove the development of the reimagining of Hartnell College’s orientation program by creating a First Year Experience Framework. With the development of this framework, and implementation team has been formed to execute the plan.

DEVELOPMENT TEAMS

Development teams will provide support to the task forces in the areas of change management, data, and technology. While they are separate groups from the task forces, there will be a liaison from each task force for each development team so that there is an open channel of communication between the task forces and development teams.
