The One Hartnell Project Structure outlines how our initiatives are organized and managed. This structured approach ensures clear communication, efficient decision-making, and effective project management, all contributing to the success of the One Hartnell initiative. Task Force and Development Team co-chairs will represent their respective groups in Steering & Change Management Leadership Team meetings and provide updates to this group as benchmarks and milestones are achieved. In addition, the co-chairs will also be responsible for providing updates to their group members from the Steering & Change Management Leadership Team meetings.
