First Year Experience Task Force

First Year Experience Implementation Team: charged with the execution of the First Year Experience Framework that was developed by the First Year Experience Task Force.

The First Year Experience Task Force was charged with the development, implementation, and assessment of the reimagining of Hartnell College’s first year experience framework with a focus on providing a holistic approach to onboarding in the first year experience. The deliverable produced by this task force which includes a redesigned extended onboarding program, focused on first day to census interventions, has been assigned to the First Year Experience Implementation team.
